On the 22th of November the short-movie “La ricotta e il caffè” written by Camilla Cupato, will win the Agave di Cristallo in Pietrasanta. Is one of the only film festival to award films for their dialogues. To the event will attend the director Sebastiano Rizzo.
“La ricotta e il caffè” produced by Corrado Azzollini’s Draka Production recalls the image of the journalist Giuseppe Fava (Luca Ward) who paid with his life the love for truth and for his work. Head of the Journal of Sud and then founder of the journal “I Siciliani” was one of the most active anti-mafia activists. In the short-movie is also starring Barbara Tabita as co-protagonist.
The film festival “Agave di Cristallo” was born in the 2005, have participated many important movie-stars such as Pupi Avati, Ettore Scola, Mario Monicelli, Lina Wertmuller, Alessandro Haber, Nanni Moretti, Paolo Sorrentino and many others all winners for their scripts.
This year the festival will be on Friday 21 until Saturday 22 November in the city-theatre of Cristallo in Pietrasanta. It’s one of the few festival dedicated to scriptwriters, during the galà night will be attending many important people.
