Short synopsis
1951. A small village in southern Italy where the only inhabitants are women. Antonio is a literature teacher in a Jesuit College who returns his town to attend his father’s funeral.
His father Dr Bonadies was the physician and psychiatrist of the village, who died the day before under mysterious circumstances. The teacher wants investigate the past and the shadows in his father’s life. He is indeed decided to challenge the surreal atmosphere that his mother and aunt have created in their lives.
