Executive Production

Draka offers Italian and foreign producers all the services involved in the executive production of cinematic and audio-visual projects.
As far as foreign productions are concerned, Draka, as executive producer, guarantees the management of all administrative steps with the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism in order to apply for and obtain any tax breaks and/or funding which could be granted.

This is supported by the extremely important activity of fundraising and finding sponsors necessary to achieve the budget required for the productions. The company network and the knowledge of the national territory consent a successful retrieval of funds from firms and businesses interested in investing in the film industry, both as external investors (for tax credits) and as sponsors (for product placement).

The executive production department works specifically on taking care of the following phases: – managing the administrative tasks regarding MIBACT, SIAE and tax credit operations,
- feasibility assessments, business plans, gudgets, administration and auditing,
- detecting the correct and appropriate artistic, technical and general duty personnel,
- organization of production and post-production activities, – management of equipment and facilities,
- hospitality organization,
- location scouting,
- soundtrack production and recording.
